The foundation of Vinteo company was laid in 2005 by IT specialists from Krasnodar who worked on VOIP solutions such as PBX, voice conference server, etc. Parallel to the audio solutions, the Vinteo team created their own H.323 codec and SIP connections.
Since 2009, Vinteo specialists have been receiving requests for the development of a videoconferencing server. The first commercial implementation of the server solution for videoconference communication took place in 2010 on the basis of OJSC «Kubanenergo». Information about the new video server spread quite quickly, and the first clients from Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Moscow, Novosibirsk and other cities of Russia began to approach the producer independently, without any special advertising.
The success of the first implementations determined the future of the company, which has since been reoriented to video solutions. In April 2013, the CCS was designated as a separate legal entity and brand. Today Vinteo has the status of a unique Russian manufacturer, whose infrastructure solutions are used by medium and large companies as well as state structures throughout Russia. Vinteo videoconferencing products provide full compatibility (more than 90% of cases) with the known on-market VCS equipment from different vendors, including with obsolete terminals. To a large extent, this has been achieved thanks to the vast experience of the H.323 and SIP junctions that Vinteo specialists have been writing since 2005.
Vinteo solutions are also compatible with most known software clients with video support (Yealink VC Desktop, Skype For Business, Polycom Real Presence Desktop, Cisco, Jabber and others). In addition, Vinteo specializes in the development of voice and video transmission solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
