Roman became involved in business activities immediately after graduating from university and founded a telematics service company - VOIP for private users. Soon enough, the company moved into the b2b segment and began to develop solutions to reduce the costs of international and long-distance communications. Continuing his business career, Roman in 2005 created the company «AltherServ», which dealt first with audio communication solutions and then video communication. At various stages of his activity Roman dealt with both speech recognition and generation systems and CRM systems. But in any case, all of his activities were related to the H.323 multimedia data transmission standard and the SIP protocol, which the expert himself admits helped greatly in the later development of Vinteo products. Mikhail’s career in videoconferencing started in "VTB Bank" JSC, where he worked first as network administrator and then as administrator of VCB systems. The videoconferencing industry became so interesting to Mikhail that he decided to work in this direction on the manufacturer’s side and accepted the offer of a position of system engineer in the Norwegian company Tandberg. As a result of the acquisition of the company by the world leader in network technology Cisco, he moved to the same position and then to the position of engineer-consultant. Mikhail took a direct part in the construction of videoconference communication systems of such well-known companies and state organizations as «Megafon», «Bilain», «Mosvodokanal», MES, MVD and others. In Vinteo Mikhail came in early 2017 and advises the company’s clients in Moscow and the Moscow region on technical issues and provides support in setting up the equipment.
