December 13 in Moscow solemn annual general meeting took place of the "Domestic soft" Association of Developers of Software Products dedicated to the tenth anniversary of work on a Russian market.
Eugeniy Kislyakov, deputy Minister of Digital Development, connection and mass communication of Russian Federation, Ilia Massouh, director of "Center of competencies of import substitution in information communication technology sphere", Vladimir Dojhdyov, director of department of digital development, Vasiliy Shpak, director of department of radio electronic industry of Ministry of industry and trade, and representatives of companies entering to Association of Developers of Software Products including Vinteo experts took part in meeting.
Within the event board members of ADSP told about history of creation, main Association achievements for 10 years and further perspectives of development. Evgeny Kislyakov, deputy Minister of Digital Development, connection and mass communication named the main achievement of ADSP is participation in creation of such strategy documents for industry as decreasing of insurance premiums for developers and launching the register of Russian software becoming the base of mechanism of import substitution in Russian IT industry.
"Our company entered into Association in December 2018 and this year of working together brought good results — we thank our colleagues for creating comfortable conditions for partnership and straight interaction with the government. I would note also that on the anniversary meeting important questions of development of industry were discussed, in particular the creation of a register of Russian software and hardware complexes which will be unit software and IT equipment. It will allow to guarantee customers proper quality of work of domestic IT systems and will help to remove an excessively biased attitude to Russian developments,'' Boris Popov, Vinteo company business development director, told.
We will recall that "Domestic soft" ADSP uniting Russian manufacturers of replicated software was established in 2009 by domestic developers; to the end of 2019 175 companies enter in Association.
